Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TOTW Hospitality, Inc., doing business as Top of the World Hospitality (“TOTW,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website (the “Site”) and communications you send to us. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect limited information, and only in the following ways:

  • Information you send us. The Site does not include forms, accounts or sign-ups. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver and secure the Site.
  • No third-party content. The Site’s typefaces, images and other files are served from our own hosting. Viewing the Site does not cause your browser to request content from font services, advertising networks or other third parties.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not currently use cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools on the Site, and we do not track visitors across other websites. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. Because we do not track visitors, the Site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • evaluate potential investment, advisory and partnership opportunities you bring to us;
  • operate, maintain and protect the security of the Site;
  • comply with legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information only:

  • with service providers that host the Site or support our operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • with our professional advisers, such as attorneys and accountants, where needed to evaluate or carry out a matter you have raised with us;
  • when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of TOTW or others; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records and satisfy legal, tax and regulatory requirements. Technical information processed by our hosting provider is retained according to that provider’s practices.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information to us by email unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email info@totwhospitality.com.

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under applicable data protection law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to restrict or object to its processing; to request a portable copy; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating our business, or to comply with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email info@totwhospitality.com.

California Residents

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our handling of your personal information, California residents may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To submit a request, email info@totwhospitality.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

The Site is intended for adults and business professionals. It is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have received personal information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
